...THE SONG IS
I was a musician long before I was a producer or audio engineer. I only got into production because I wanted other people to hear my music the way I heard it in my head. And it was through the repeated process of trial and error I discovered that finishing a song is so much more than just recording the parts.
Now I specialize in transforming performances into finished songs.
It’s more than just mixing…
It’s turning the sketch into a masterpiece.

Starting at...
Post-production mixing can mean transformative use of effects to completely change the sound of an individual part. It can mean recording additional parts to fill out a part of the song that may be lacking. It can mean editing the arrangement itself to improve the flow of the song. It means doing whatever it takes to serve the song.
Post-production mixing is so much more than most other mix engineers offer. Rather than treating mixing as the final touch, it treats mixing as its own stage of production. The goal is not to leave the tracks sounding as untouched and polished as possible, but to transform them into whatever serves the song the best.
My role as a post-production mix engineer is not to come in at the end of the process and do a final EQ and compression pass of the stems and send it on its way. My role is to come alongside you as an artist and apply my own expertise and musical taste to bring your song across the finish line.
